Today is the release of Redrum’s new single ‘Still Here’. Redrum is a singer, rapper and songwriter and ‘Still Here’ showcases all of her talents beautifully.
Redrum credits her influences to the likes of Amy Winehouse, Easy Life and Lily Allen and these influences can definitely be heard in this new track.

‘Still Here’ also has a breakdown with an inspirational speech from Tupac who Redrum also credits as another major influence in her musical career.
This song is filled with personality, from the instrumental to the lyrics to the vocal delivery. The catchy melody in the main hook gets stuck in your head instantly and really is a credit to what a talented writer Redrum is.

The instrumental has a jazz / R&B feel which when paired with Redrum’s vocals and rap style makes the song a joy to listen to.
As this track was produced during lockdown Redrum states “the tracks a representation of my mental state through quarantine and a little reminder for people to be easy on themselves, there’s a reason they’re still here and to be kind and follow their dreams”
